Exposición en Orange County, California

el 3 de noviembre abre una exposición llamada “Siempre es Hoy: A Photographic Exhibition” en el Orange County Center for Contemporary Arts, donde se mostrará el trabajo de fotógrafos y artistas que han documentado la escena de Rock en Español alrededor del mundo. Algunas de mis fotos estarán en la expo. Si están por California en noviembre pasen a verla!

WHAT:
“Siempre es Hoy: A Photographic Exhibition of Musical Proportions”
The first ever Latin Alternative / Rock en Español-themed art show exhibited in California

WHEN:
Opening reception: Saturday, November 3rd.
Dia de los Muertos/Noche de Altares celebration
6:00pm to 11:00pm

(The exhibition will run until November, 28th.)

WHERE:
The Orange County Center for Contemporary Arts (OCCCA).
Located in the heart of the burgeoning Santa Ana Arts Colony

WHO:
The scope of photographers featured in the exhibit range from the up and coming to the well established, hailing from the US, México, Spain and Argentina, and include:
- Thomas R Cordova (USA)
- Toni Francois (México)
- Floria González (México/USA)
- María Madrigal (USA)
- Xavi Mercadé (Spain)
- Alejandra Palacios (Argentina/USA)
- Oscar “oscarinn” Villanueva (México)
- Carla Zárate (USA/México)

Plus emerging US-based talent, such as: Angel Aguirre, Adrián Vargas and La Madre is Watching.

Photographs on display include iconic images of Café Tacvba, Julieta Venegas, Divididos, Gustavo Cerati, La Polla Records, Maldita Vecindad, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Gepe, Antonio Vega, Caifanes, Adanowsky, Chetes, Javiera Mena and many, many more.
